DOL, EEOC announce outreach, enforcement pact
The federal agency partnership employers have long suspected has now been formalized: The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division and the EEOC on Sept. 14 signed a formal cooperation agreement to enhance enforcement of federal laws and regulations.
