Build Back Better measures missed the Inflation Reduction Act cut
The landmark Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, which passed the Senate Aug. 7 and was bound for President Biden’s desk at press time, does not include two key provisions that were originally included in the massive Build Back Better Act that failed to earn Senate support late last year.
