OSHA ‘still accountable for protecting workers’
Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh called the U.S. Supreme Court’s Jan. 13 decision to strike down OSHA’s vaccine mandate for large employers “a major setback to the health and safety of workers across the country.” However, he said, “OSHA will do everything in its existing authority to hold businesses accountable for protecting workers.”
