Two-thirds of the HR pros responding to an
HR Weekly poll say interpersonal conflict causes the biggest problems in their organizations, far ahead of FMLA compliance and other woes. (These results are roughly comparable to those in a
poll we conducted in June 2011, although the percentage of respondents citing FMLA administration fell dramatically, from 34% to 14%. Wage-and-hour concerns also declined.)
- 67% Interpersonal conflicts
- 10% Other employment-law compliance
- 6% Unions/organized labor
- 3% Wage-and-hour disputes
